This Privacy Policy applies to the LucidRead mobile application (the "Application"), developed by WildGrassX Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). LucidRead is an accessibility-first reading tool requiring no user login.

1. Information Collection and Use

We highly value your privacy:

• No registration, no user accounts. We do not collect, store or process any personally identifiable information, including your name, email, phone number or IP address.
• All imported books (TXT, EPUB) and reading progress are stored locally on your device or your private iCloud storage. We cannot access your library contents or reading records.
• All in-app subscription transactions and purchase verification are processed exclusively by Apple through StoreKit. We never receive or store your payment, credit card or billing information.

2. Third-Party Services & Analytics

This Application does not embed any third-party advertising SDK, tracking library or analytics framework. Your reading activity will never be tracked or shared.

3. Data Security

All your reading data stays on your device or encrypted private iCloud space, protected by the built-in security mechanisms of Apple iOS. We transmit none of your personal content to remote servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy. Any updates will be published on this webpage.
