This Privacy Policy applies to the LucidRead mobile application (the "Application"), created by WildGrassX Studio ("we", "us", or "our") as an Accessibility-First, No-Login service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it:

• No Personal Accounts or Registration: The Application operates without user registration or login. We do not collect, store, or process personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or IP address.
• Local & iCloud Book Storage: All files (TXT, EPUB) and reading progress imported into the Application remain entirely on your local device or your private Apple iCloud account. We have no access to your personal library or reading contents.
• In-App Subscriptions: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and purchase validations are handled directly by Apple Inc. via StoreKit. We do not process or store any credit card or payment information.

2. Third-Party Services & Analytics

The Application contains NO third-party advertising frameworks, tracking SDKs, or invasive analytics tools. Your reading behavior and preferences are strictly private to you.

3. Data Security

Since your reading data is stored locally on your device or synced via your encrypted Apple iCloud storage, the security of your data is safeguarded by iOS operating system security standards.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
